The Nigerian government is engaging civil society organizations on the implementation of the power sector recovery plan. The plan, which comprises of a wide range of policy actions, operational and financial interventions is being coordinated by the federal ministry of power.
The round table which was held in Abuja is a strategy of letting the consumer know what is happening in the sector.

The dialogue with CSOs therefore is to drive home the programme.
The recovery programme is a series of policy actions and financial interventions to implement over the next five years to reset the supply industry for growth.
